Refund policy

Returns

All our products are made to order. Because of this, we only accept returns in the case of items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.


Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first at info@99organizers.com. Do not send your product back to the manufacturer or print partner without prior authorization.

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including print-on-demand products made to order)

 

 


 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

 


 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@99organizers.com.

 


 

Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged, or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If your exchanged item exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
