1. Processing Time

All standard (non-personalized) orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Personalized products are processed within 2–5 business days, as they require mockup preparation and customer approval.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
United States (domestic):

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International:

Delivery time: 7–21 business days (varies by country and shipping method)

* Overnight delivery is available only for addresses within the continental United States.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, 99 Organizers is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country. All charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside of our control (e.g., postal delays, customs, carrier disruptions).
